Trinity Technologies Exhibits at Momentum 2003
Trinity Demonstrates Documentum-based Software; Showcases Documentum 5 Implementations and Migration in Booth 228
New Orleans, LA — November 7, 2003 — At Momentum 2003, November 9 - 12th , an essential conference for Documentum users, Trinity Technologies is exhibiting its software and services. Trinity’s software and services enhance and extend the way documents are captured, managed, and retrieved in Documentum. Trinity staff can be met at Momentum in Booth 228, held at the Hyatt Regency, New Orleans, Louisiana.
Trinity will illustrate how its software integrates Documentum with CAD, email, maintenance management systems and legacy data while providing security, easy administration, and Internet/intranet access to critical documents. Trinity will also discuss its most recent Documentum 5 migrations.
These Documentum-based CAD and document management software products will be shown in the booth:
- MailCapture software automatically loads e-mail messages and attachments into Documentum to complete the correspondence history and audit trail;
- Intelligent Search Engine (ISE) software — pronounced eyes — allows users to perform full text searches and provides term-hit-highlighting on virtually any file format, including drawings;
- DocExport software exports documents, folders, entire cabinets and virtual documents from Documentum docbase to other locations or organizations — without opening access to the Documentum Server;
- CADCapture software automatically extracts tag, text and title block information and maps it to Documentum attributes.
