Trinity Demonstrates Documentum-based Software; Showcases Documentum 5 Integrations, Implementations and Migration.
Houston, TX — January 23, 2006 — At daratechPLANT 2006, January 23 - 25th, an essential conference for owner/operators and EPCs. Trinity Technologies is exhibiting its Documentum-based software and services. Trinity’s software and services enhance and extend the way documents are captured, managed, secured and retrieved in Documentum.
Trinity will illustrate how its software integrates Documentum with CAD, maintenance management systems and legacy data while providing security, easy administration, and Internet/intranet access to critical documents. Liquid Machines Documentum Gateway extends content access controls and audit capabilities outside EMC Documentum to ensure information protection and compliance throughout the information management lifecycle.
Intelligent Search Engine (ISE) software — pronounced eyes — allows users to perform full text searches and provides term-hit-highlighting on virtually any file format, including drawings.
DocExport software exports documents, folders, entire cabinets and virtual documents from Documentum docbase to other locations or organizations – without opening access to the Documentum Server.
CADCapture software automatically extracts tag, text and title block information and maps it to Documentum attributes.
