Rebecca Ward Joins Trinity Technologies as Process Industry Manager
Brings Nearly 25 Years’ Experience to Information Technology Consulting Firm
DOVER, MA — April 14, 1999 — Trinity Technologies Corporation, an information technology (IT) consultant for the process and power industries, announced today that Rebecca S. Ward, 46, has joined Trinity as Process Industries Manager. Ms. Ward will be managing key accounts and developing automation strategies for owner/operators of a range of process and power companies.

A recent survey by Trinity Technologies Corporation of 30 leading process industry owner/operators revealed a large gap between the availability of new information technologies and the ability of companies to assimilate these technologies to remain competitive. According to the survey, 80 percent of managers judged information management as critical to competitiveness. Extensive Industry Experience
Most recently, Ms. Ward was the director of program management for Bentley Systems Incorporated, responsible for the design and implementation of industry-specific marketing programs in the Americas. Previously, Ms. Ward was vice president of marketing operations for Jacobus Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bentley that develops software for plant design. At Jacobus, she played a key role in establishing the company as a Bentley Strategic Affiliate and launching the PlantSpace™ software line.
From 1985 to 1994, Ms. Ward worked for Cadcentre Inc. in Houston, Texas. There, she established and managed the first subsidiary, which grew to contribute almost 40 percent of Cadcentre’s total revenue during her tenure. She began her career in the process industry as a piping designer for several owner/operator and engineering companies.
