Trinity Technologies Opens European Offices

Expands Presence in England to Support Global Clients

Daratech Plant 2000 — Houston, TX — January 23, 2000 — Trinity Technologies Corporation, a business process and information technology consultant for the process and power industries, announced today that it has opened a new European office in Runcorn, England. The new office will support Trinity's global customers in the chemicals, pharmaceuticals and other process and power industries.

The two principals of Trinity Technologies (Europe) are Mr. John A. Liles, BSc Chem. Eng. ACGI, MSc Chem. Eng. DIC and Mr. David R. T. Lowe, BSc C.Eng. M.I. Chem E. Mr. Liles and Mr. Lowe are co-founders of Alias Limited, a privately-held UK company that develops CAD software for design, documentation, fabrication and maintenance of piping systems. Alias's software portfolio includes ISOGEN, the Piping Isometrics product, which was originally created by Imperial Chemical Industries PLC (ICI), where both Liles and Lowe were executives before forming Alias to further develop and commercialize software for process plant design.
