Cambridge, MA — November 27, 2001 — Aspen Technology, Inc., (Nasdaq: AZPN), a leading provider of software for the process industries, and Trinity Technologies Corporation, a leading business process integration and consulting firm, today announced a partnership to help process manufacturers speed implementation of asset optimization solutions and increase their overall return. The combination of the two companies’ proven process industry services and technology will enable customers to accelerate implementation of full Aspen Engineering Suite™ collaborative solutions.
