Trinity Technologies’ MailCapture Software for Storing E-Mail and Attachments in Documentum Optimized for Lotus Notes Systems

New Architecture Easy on Administrators, Captures Value of Information Stored in E-Mail Communications

Houston, TX — January 27, 2003 — At daratechPLANT 2003, Trinity Technologies announced today that its MailCapture software, which manages e-mail messages and attachments and automatically loads them into Documentum, has been extended to now work specifically for the Domino server/Notes environment. This architectural design was introduced to maintain a standard Notes environment as applications are added.

MailCapture helps companies capture the value from capital project or asset-related information, of which over 40% is communicated via corporate e-mail, according to estimates. Adding MailCapture to a Documentum system ensures critical documents are no longer locked away in an e-mail server nor are multiple copies stored around the company. Instead, they are readily available and secure in Documentum and easily accessible to all staff, regardless of geographic location. Through MailCapture, business-critical information can be securely transferred into Documentum from anywhere in the world.

MailCapture aids companies as they establish communication records with regulatory agencies, vendors, suppliers, and other outside parties with history and audit trail. Attributes of messages and attachments are automatically populated as they are transferred into Documentum.

MailCapture is available in two configurations: the MailCapture server-based solutions that work with Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino; and client-based MailCapture for Microsoft Outlook 2000.
