Trinity Technologies' CADsuite offers a solution that manages the entire lifecycle of a CAD drawing, giving you a robust system from capture, creation, editing, and disposition. It extends beyond simple storage and retrieval of a drawing, providing management of the entire workflow and enhancing the intelligence within the CAD drawing. The CADsuite first captures the intelligence contained in each drawing by automatically and electronically extracting tag, text, and title block information. It then maps and loads these attributes into the content repository. The process is fully automated based on a rules engine and can be performed without manual intervention, allowing thousands of drawings to be attributed and loaded as a batch process. This enables users to quickly search for drawings in the content repository based on the tag information contained in the drawing itself and using labels which plant and engineering personnel are familiar with. Drawings can be opened in AutoCAD or MicroStation by simply selecting the document. The built-in document viewing tool enables users to quickly and securely preview documents stored within the repository. The viewer can display over 200 different file formats.
