Trinity DocExport software is the tool you need for fast, easy, and secure exports of Documentum content and attribute information to portable media or file/server locations. What’s special about DocExport is that it anyone using Windows can view and access the project data – whether he or she uses Documentum or not!
DocExport is great for engineering firms performing project work for owner/operators. The software helps the firm turn over project data to the owner in a format the owner can readily use.

How it works
DocExport works by processing objects from Documentum to a transportable set of documents. The user interface is launched from within the Desktop Client and lets users dynamically change the export logic by clicking on certain options. These options include filtering objects, processing Virtual Documents as Zip Files, processing renditions, processing all versions, and generating a database with hotlinks to the content.
DocExport also provides a set of diagnostic tools and reports for validation of the exported content. These reports provide assurance that each export was successful.
